I have an interest in herbs and each morning I mix in a mug and consume 1/4 teaspoon coriander, 1/4 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon tumeric, 1/4 teaspoon cloves, 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper and a heaped teaspoon of honey stir well and eat from mug
